The flat "Eero" is located on the middle floor of the terrace house "Päivölä". The entrance to the flat is at ground level from the rear of the building on the east side. On the west side there is a spacious, partially covered terrace that extends across the entire width of the flat. The flat has been completely renovated, with the floor plan and the old doors from the construction period being restored. The toilet and shower are in the bathroom and the washbasin is outside. In the bedroom, the original cupboards from 1939 are still preserved under the staircase. The furniture is more modern. But mainly designed by Finnish designers. The table and chairs from the Tulip series by Eero Saarinen and the Karuselli armchair by Yrjö Kukkapuro take centre stage in the living room. Aino and Alvar Aalto are represented by the original wardrobe and a silver "Golden Bell" lamp. Overall, the interior design could be described as "space-age". The kitchen has been completely refurbished, with the new kitchen furniture being modelled on the original. For music lovers, there is a B&O music system with LPs and CDs from the 60s to the 80s.

Interested in the whole area of Sunila. It was a pleasure to enjoy the accommodation and the decor. By the way, we also explored the area. It's worth visiting the beach and the manager's flat!

The flat was nice, with high quality beds and bed linen. Everything worked really well. I recommend it.

Great music collection! And a beautiful B&O audio tower! Kotka and Sunila was a surprise for us. Interesting river estuary. And the beach was top, the cherry on the cake. We will return sometime.
